Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Meetory app and website, operated by Dogan Akti ("we"). By using Meetory you agree to them. Purchases through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

Meetory records meetings you choose to record and generates transcripts, summaries, notes, insights and tasks using automated speech recognition and AI. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors — review important content before acting on it. Meetory is a productivity tool and its output does not constitute legal, medical or professional advice, nor an official record.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to recording conversations where you are. In many places you must inform participants that a meeting is being recorded — do so.
• You must not use Meetory to record people without a lawful basis, to infringe others' rights, or to store unlawful content.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google/Apple account used to sign in.

Subscriptions and free tier

Meetory offers a free monthly transcription allowance and paid auto-renewable subscriptions with higher limits. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Your content

Your recordings, transcripts and notes remain yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to process them for you (transcription, AI analysis, storage, sync), as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Meetory reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Meetory and delete your account at any time in Settings — this permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
